Have you heard scary stories about organic chemistry, and would you like to make sure you succeed? If so, and if you have passed high-school Advanced Placement (AP) Chemistry or college-level General Chemistry, this course is for you! It will be a fun, interactive experience that will prepare you for a college-level organic chemistry course. As a PhD organic chemist with over 20 years of classroom experience, I am excited to teach you! With a small class size (5-10 students), you will have plenty of opportunities to work with me and with other students. Expect to spend 20-30 minutes studying each night, and plan to complete short assessments. You need reliable Internet, and you will be turning on your computer camera and microphone during class. We will meet for six weeks, online over Zoom on Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:00-10:00am Pacific Time from June 16 through July 23, 2026.
